Spectrum Problem Report Edit page

The form is provided for you to notify the POA that you have experienced a problem with your Spectrum Service.  Collecting this information gives the Board the information it needs to discuss with Spectrum the number and frequency of problems Highland Fairways is experiencing. 

Filling out this form does not substitute for you reporting your problem to Spectrum directly - you must report your problem directly to Spectrum, if you cannot resolve it yourself (by restarting your equipment).  To do that, call the Spectrum Community Bulk Service number at 833-697-7328.
